Contact form terms — These terms apply to visitors who use the contact, quote, quick contact and event appointment forms on the website of ATECH Makine San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”, “ATech”). This site is not an e-commerce store; it does not offer online product sales, a cart, payment or returns.
1. Scope
By completing a form you may send name, email, phone, company details and a message or request to the Company. Submitting a form means you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Purpose of use
Information you share is used only to:
- Respond to your request and contact you,
- Provide information, quotes or technical support for aluminum profile machining machines,
- Manage event / exhibition appointment requests,
- Run customer relations and improve service quality,
- Meet legal obligations.
Your data is not used for commercial SMS / email campaigns without your explicit consent. Marketing messages are sent only as required by applicable law and, where needed, with separate consent.

6. Retention
Contact and form records are kept to fulfill your request and for legal retention periods; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page. The text you accept is the version in force at the time of submission.
