- It performs 90° joining operations on aluminum profiles
- The clamps are pneumatic, and the pressing blades operate via a hydraulic system
- Depth adjustments can be made precisely according to the profile thickness
- The height of the pressing blades, the stroke of the hydraulic cylinders, and the adjustment of the profile stops can be set with millimeter precision
- The centering head automatically lowers after pressing
- Powerful hydraulic unit (5,000 kg x 2 units)
- Control of the pressing and pneumatic clamps is conveniently performed using a dual-foot pedal
- The machine’s surface is coated with polyamide material to prevent scratching of the profiles
- Thanks to the adjustable pressing unit, pressing can be performed at angles other than 90°
