PRONOT 550 – FA

The PRONOT 550 – FA model machine is a facade profile notching machine designed to notch aluminum profiles - used in all types of facade cladding and other similar applications - to the desired angle and dimensions.

The angular and height positions of the saws, the position of the support plate, and the linear movement of the cutting process are servo-controlled, while the angular position of the miter gauge and, consequently, the position of the movable table are adjusted manually. From a mechanical design perspective, the table’s height above the ground is kept at a fixed position regardless of the profile being processed or the operations to be performed, thereby ensuring ergonomic working conditions.

Compared to similar machines, our machine offers higher cutting height and depth; the horizontal saw has an angular range of +60° to -55°, while the vertical saw has an angular range of +55° to -45°. The miter gauge moves within a range of +60° to -45°. Once the miter gauge is set to the desired angle, the movable table is manually positioned using a laser guide to align with the specified position on the support.
