This is an enclosed-cabinet machine specifically designed for milling, drilling, tapping, and notching operations on all types of aluminum, PVC, and light alloy profiles. It is a 4-axis CNC-controlled machining center. It operates using the standard ISO “G” code universal programming language.

Thanks to the specialized precision mechanical equipment used, the spindle motor can rotate 180° around the profile to perform machining at the desired angle. As an option, it can perform machining at desired angles up to 230°. It has a total of 8 tool magazines.

Additionally, it offers flexible machining capabilities for desired profiles thanks to a cutting blade with a maximum diameter of Ø200 mm. It has the capacity to machine three surfaces of a 300×300 mm profile. It features two powerful pneumatic support systems. It can machine a profile up to 4050 mm in length in a single pass. Thanks to the dual support system, it can machine profiles longer than the machining length. With its dual-station capability, it can machine two different profiles simultaneously.

The machine features automatic vise scanning and vise positioning. It comes standard with four vises, which can be increased to six if desired. Thanks to its professional vise design, the vises do not trap chips, and their ergonomic design minimizes processing time to maximize efficiency.
