The Zigma FA550 is a fully automatic cutting machine designed to cut aluminum profiles - either straight or at an angle - using a dual-head Ø550 mm saw.
- 2 x 3 kW Motors
- 15” PC touchscreen
- Servo motors provide head angle movements and positioning of the moving head along the length.
- Thanks to the servo motion system, it features automatic positioning at all intermediate angles between -22.5° and +45°.
- Features a robust machine frame.
- The cutting unit is hydro-pneumatic, and the cutting speed can be precisely adjusted according to the type of material to be cut.
- The saw protrusion distance is adjustable.
- Cuts larger than the stroke length can be made.
- A programming system for creating cutting recipes - including slicing, angled slicing, and entering the number of pieces - is available.
